At Central Storage Depot, we make renting a commercial storage unit easy and convenient. We make it simple for our northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan customers to pay for their commercial storage units. Payments can me made in a variety of convenient ways. You can pay at our office during office hours or use a drop box at night. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards.

Central Storage Depot offers a variety of other discounts and incentives on household storage and business storage to our customers including:

• Incentives to our customers who rent multiple units.
  • You will receive 10% off our normal pricing when you rent a second unit. 
• Incentives for agreeing to automatic payment with a credit card instead of paying with a check or cash. 
  • We will give our customers a $10.00 gas card if they sign up for automatic payments with a credit card.
• We also offer one free month to our commercial storage customers who pay for 12 months in advance. 
• Specials for pop-up camper storage and boat storage
  • If your boat or camper is less than 25’ long, $200.00 will cover your storage for the entire year for an outside space.
• Incentives for business record storage
  • If you pay for a year in advance, the professionals at Central Storage Depot will pick up your business records, free of charge. 

At Central Storage Depot, our customers are our number one priority. We make it easy for you to fill your commercial storage and household storage needs. We guarantee that we will have the unit you need for your business storage and household storage needs. If we don’t, we will upgrade you to the next bigger unit at no additional charge. Central Storage Depot is open seven days a week for the convenience of our customers. Our commercial storage customers have access to their unit from 5 am to midnight every day of the week. Your items are secure in our in our state-of-the-art commercial storage facility. Our Sylvania Township location has a very low crime rate.  The Sylvania Township police department has a reputation for their quick response times.  Central Storage Depot has several unique security features:

• Our entire property is surrounded with a 6’ high fence topped with barbed wire. 
• Access to Central Storage Depot is gained by using an individually assigned security code. 
• All driveways are well lit.
• Security cameras record activity at the main gate and main driveway.
• Motion sensitive alarms in the main drives are monitored by Asset Protection Services.
• All doors have special locks within the door replacing traditional padlocks.  These locks utilize a key that can not be duplicated.  The locks are far more secure than any padlock. 
• Each door is individually alarmed.  When you enter the gate using your personalized code, the alarm for your unit is disabled. 

The security we offer our commercial storage customers at Central Storage Depot is second to none. Customers are given a lock and key when they initially sign a rental agreement at Central Storage Depot. Access to our commercial storage units is provided through a state-of-the-art, computer-controlled gate. Central Storage Depot customers are given their own personal access code to gain entry to the property seven days a week. This computer-controlled gate records the entry and exit of all our customers.

To add an extra level of security, the professionals at Central Storage Depot are currently installing individual door alarms. This system will allow your door to be opened only after you have entered your personal access code upon entry. In addition, both the entrance and the main drive at Central Storage Depot are armed with video surveillance systems 24 hours a day to keep your items safe.

Central Storage Depot also has more than 200 spaces dedicated to the storage of boats and recreational vehicles. Most commercial storage places in Sylvania, northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan do not offer outdoor storage; it requires industrial zoning.  Many developments in the Sylvania area do not allow the permanent storage of any kind of recreational vehicle at their homes.  Central Storage Depot is located at the western edge of Sylvania on the way to and from many of the recreational areas in the Irish Hills of Michigan and Indiana.

Central Storage Depot serves as a garage for a wide variety of special interest cars for customers in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan who just don’t have room for these vehicles at their homes. People who store their cars in our commercial storage units free up their garage space for personal use.  When they want to drive their classic car, they simply drive over to Central Storage Depot.  They take their special interest car out of storage and replace it with the car they use everyday.  This gives them the opportunity to use their sports car or antique over the weekend with minimal trouble.  Our commercial storage units keep the vehicles dry, clean and safe. No other commercial storage facility has the amenities and space at the competitive prices offered by Central Storage Depot. In addition to household storage and business storage, we offer inside boat storage for boats up to 40' long. We offer specials for pop-up camper storage. The price is only $200 per year for campers less than 25' long. What a deal! For recreational boat storage, especially boats on trailers, we offer individually locked units with 10 x 10 doors for $136 per month for 12 x 30 units.
