Frequently Asked Questions

When is payment due?

All rent is due and payable on the first of the month. *A late fee of $10 will be charged on all rent received after the 10th of the month.

Is there a minimum rental period?

A minimum of one full calendar month (Any partial rent paid is not refundable)

How much notice has to be given before I move out?

7 days prior to move out, please contact us by phone or email (a written move out notice must be filled out) The unit must be completely empty, clean and the key returned to our office.

What time are your storage facilities open?

Central Storage Depot is open seven days a week for the convenience of our customers. Our commercial storage customers have access to their unit from 5 am to midnight every day of the week. Our office is open Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm.

Do you offer any specials for your storage units?

  1. You will receive 10% off our normal pricing when you rent a second unit!
  2. One free month rental for paying 12 months in advance.
  3. Referrals-for each family member or friend (new clients only) you refer to our facility, you will earn a $25 credit on your rent.

What payments are accepted?

ACH -payment from your checking or savings account (is our preferred method of payment) A form can be mailed or emailed upon your request. If you have questions, please feel free to contact our office.

As well as a variety of other convenient ways: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, personal check and cash.

What happens if I am late with a payment?

If payment is received after the 10th of the month, you will incur a $10 late fee in addition to being locked out of your unit.

Are my items insured?

Tenants are responsible for insurance coverage on any items stored at Central Storage Depot. This applies both to items stored inside and/or outside.

What items cannot be stored?

Tenants are not permitted to store corrosives, explosives or hazardous materials in the storage units.

Rules and Regulations

  • You are not permitted to make repairs to the vehicles that are stored inside or outside.
  • Tenants cannot sublease our units to another party.
  • If the tenant violates the rental agreement, Central Storage Depot reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately.
  • There is no smoking allowed in any of the units.
